After 12 years in Cambodia I decided to take a year back in the UK in order to re-energize, re-educate and discover new opportunities within the game.
I'm loving every second of watching games at all levels live, exploring local clubs and the way they operate and expanding my network of wonderful people within football.
I'm delighted to announce I'm starting a new coaching job with Cambridge United, progressing my work with both Nauru & Kiribati as well as a new project in India (More details to follow). The CoachCPomroy brand is growing and we have plans with projects in Cambodia underway for 2026.
Taking a step back isn't always a negative. Refocusing your energy into new skills doesn't mean you're starting again at the bottom.
Set your targets. Create your plan. Be honest with yourself and your version of success can be possible.
